Being over weight myself (I used to weigh about 200lbs), losing it and then helping over ten thousand people bust through their barriers, I have seen it all. Going from 200lbs to fitness competition ready, basically, from one extreme to the other, sucked. To say it burned out me from my exercise program was an understatement.
Many of my clients have come to me with the same problem. Worn out and stressed from over exercising and dieting to extremes. What I found is that it is unsustainable. Now, what I promote is creating a healthy relationship with your body and food. For me, that doesn’t come from quitting bad behaviors. It comes from adding healthy choices in that will push out the negative ones.

Next, I will give you tips and tricks on how to bust through weight loss plateaus. It all starts in the morning. We must retrain the brain into producing more growth hormone. I’ve found that the best time to do this is first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up, through high intensity cardio. What happens is that high-intensity cardio helps jolt the body into producing more growth hormone, helping the unwanted fat to melt away. I’ve done this for myself and my clients, and it seems to work wonders.
