In my humble opinion, deep down, every overachiever doesnโ€™t want all the responsibility they have. Itโ€™s too much, but many stay stuck because they feel it would be too much work to change.   However, what if change wasnโ€™t as much effort as you think?  What if I were to tell you it would take less energy to improve?

Because we feel burned and stressed-out many spin their wheels going nowhere fast; because of this, we waste precious time and energy on spinning, what to do?  Create a morning routine to help empty that over-stimulated brain.  How?

Journaling will be your best friend.  Journal about what troubles you, Journal about what you want.  Journal about what you donโ€™t want.  When one journals, it frees up space in the brain to help one become clear.  It only takes 15 minutes a day.  These fifteen minutes will save you hours;  Guaranteed.
