Have you ever been on a weight loss and fitness program? You were very excited starting out. You joined a gym, bought some sexy workout clothes, cleaned out your pantry and refrigerator, dumping your junk food stash. You were ready to go and, in about two weeks, give or take a few days, something happened — You decided to quit.  How Come?

Many people find change scary, even if it is good for them. That being said, losing weight can be scary, because in most cases, that weight is an emotional barrier. It keeps the mind feeling safe and protected.

My question to you is, what does change mean to you and how can you easily shift, one little step at a time, to make your life amazing?  For the next 90 days, change one small thing each day and ask yourself “How can I make this change fun?”  After that 90 days track your progress and see how far you have come.
